Dear Woodway Citizen,
Due to an update in our utility bill payments system, we will be making the following change to our payment process effective October 1, 2025:
Historically, the city has absorbed the cost of fees associated with credit/debit card transactions. This fee will now be passed on to the customer.
To avoid fees, you can pay in person by cash or check, utilize our dropbox located between the Community Service building and City Hall to drop off checks, or sign up for bank draft. You can fill out the bank draft form by following this link.
If you are currently enrolled in card draft on our website and would like to avoid the processing fee, you will need to log in to your online account and cancel auto-pay before October 1st. We cannot refund the fee once charged.
